The Elios 3 UT Payload includes a remotely operated couplant dispenser that ensures precise ultrasound coupling by delivering the right amount of gel.
Operators can monitor couplant levels via Cockpit and quickly refill or swap the dispenser’s syringe when needed, ensuring seamless operation during inspections.

Modular Probe Head
A comprehensive selection of probes & hoods.
The Elios 3 UT Payload comes with adaptable probe hoods to fit different surface shapes, along with interchangeable twin crystal piezo-composite probes in 2MHz, 5MHz, or 7.5MHz. These probes are designed to measure heavily corroded metals and feature an Echo-Echo mode, allowing measurements through up to 1mm of surface coating.
Cleaning Module

The Elios 3 allows the probe head to be swapped with a cleaning module, effectively removing deposits and preparing surfaces for accurate measurement. With location-tagging, users can easily return to the cleaned area to complete the measurement with the probe head attached, ensuring no measurement is missed.

Cockpit’s Live A-Scan widget gives operators full control over measurements, allowing for both automated and manual adjustments with customizable gain and gates. This real-time flexibility enables users to refine measurements instantly, even in challenging conditions.

All data points from your lights are displayed and located in a digital twin of your, easing navigation between points of interest.

During the analysis, the A-Scan is retraced in the software, allowing you to verify the measurement of refine it by reselecting the most appropriate echo signals.
Document POIs
Data points can be documented by assigning them a criticality level and adding a description.
